Historic Beginnings (1960s-1995)
Starting as a hotel restaurant in a 1910 Harvard Street building, The Brookline Spa evolved into a neighborhood staple offering groceries, convenience items, and delicious take-out food to the local community.
The Battite Family Era (1995-2018)
Under the Battite family's caring management, the Spa became known as a friendly, family-run neighborhood store. In 2014, they renovated and expanded the menu to include pizza, salads, wings, and breakfast items alongside classic subs and paninis.
The Oliveira & Shuja Legacy (2018-Present)
Hugo and Silvana Oliveira brought their passion for fresh ingredients and culinary excellence from 2018-2023. Now, the Shuja family continues this tradition, maintaining our commitment to quality food and community service.
